Mission Vision Values

Mission

To help our clients achieve their business objectives, powered by efficient and accountable IT systems, through our global software quality expertise and solutions, and become the supplier and employer of choice in the worldwide software quality arena

Values

Our Values are grounded in service to our clients, our employees and our shareholders. Having values means the Company has a code of conduct by which all are expected to abide and by stating them formally, such expectations are visible and aligned. These six words are intended to encapsulate our company culture and employee identity.

Trendset

We are innovative. We applaud new ideas, fresh perspectives, controversial input. “If each of us hires people who are smaller than we are, we shall become a company of dwarfs. But if each of us hires people who are bigger than we are, we shall become a company of giants.” – David Ogilvy. We constantly seek to improve, knowing that many small changes are often more enduring than one big change.

Exemplify

As consultants, we know we must always be presentable, both in appearance and in behavior. We believe, practice and promote treating all individuals with dignity at all times. Each of us should be a leader, we must seek to inspire those around us. We must create, introduce, build and drive positive change.

Service-Orientation

We’re interested in clients and relationships, not just deals. We focus on the client’s goals, strategies and initiatives, not just our sales objectives and products. We apply our service-orientation to both internal and external clients. We listen.

Cooperate

We are one community. We care. We consult. Together, as a team, we better identify, acknowledge, share and overcome challenges. We know that our clients also value our contribution more because we are a partner to them

Opinionated

We believe that feedback should be actively solicited. We encourage feedback to be actively volunteered, especially positive input. We believe that dialogue should be a constant element in all relationships. “A good idea should not be dismissed simply because you don’t like the source.” (Life’s Little Instruction Book)

Meritocracy

A meritocracy is a system in which advancement is based on individual ability or achievement. We are committed to maintaining an organization with an open, supportive environment and tools to facilitate progression. We believe in supporting, promoting and advancing all persons who have taken responsibility, established a track record and built a reputation among their peers, subordinates and superiors. We support mistakes and lessons learned therefrom, but not their repetition. We all carry the “burden” for our success. Persistence is key.
